About Hunter Hawley, Principal

Hunter Hawley is a proud native of Cloverport, KY, a rural town of around 1,000 residents. In 2017, he was admitted on an academic scholarship to Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, where he studied Entrepreneurship & Corporate Innovation as well as Information Systems.

In his first semester at IU, Hunter launched Blueprint Stats, an online video and statistical analysis platform for youth basketball. Upon his graduation in 2020, he raised outside venture capital and recruited a world-class team to help grow his business, which was strategically acquired by Sports Info Solutions in 2023. Prior to the sale, data from Blueprint Stats was used in hundreds of high school athletic programs, as well as by National Basketball Association teams and some of the world's largest sports betting platforms.

Since exiting Blueprint Stats, Hunter has had the opportunity to consult a variety of innovative startups and established companies. Most notable was his instrumental role in saving over 30 jobs through the successful turnaround of Robert Shaw Manufacturing, a 77 year old millwork manufacturer in Fort Worth, TX. These experiences have offered Hunter first-hand experience in a wide array of industries, deal structures, and company stages.

Hunter is a proud husband to his wife, Avery, who he met as a freshman at Indiana University. In 2021, the pair moved to Dallas, TX, where Avery earned a Master's degree in Speech Language-Pathology from the University of Texas at Dallas. They now reside back in Indiana with their all-American mutt, Ernie.
